With seventeen years of experience, she brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cultivating impactful relationships in challenging environments.

As the Founder of the Women's Network for Peace Ghana, Diana Oppong Mensah spearheads transformative initiatives to advance women's rights and promote sustainable peace. With a keen eye for strategic planning, she oversees the development of groundbreaking programs, secures critical funding, and leads advocacy efforts that have amplified the voices of women in decision-making processes. Under her visionary guidance, the organization has established invaluable partnerships with civil society organizations and government institutions, strengthening the collective impact towards a more equitable and peaceful Ghana.

Diana's illustrious leadership journey has taken her through pivotal roles, each one showcasing her ability to drive growth and enhance brand visibility. From her time as Corporate Affairs Manager at Youngman Automobiles West Africa to her roles as Marketing Manager at Capricorn Imprints Ltd and Project Director at Questions Bank Ghana, Diana has consistently demonstrated her prowess in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Diana's commitment to excellence extends beyond the corporate realm. As a Sales and Finance Analyst at Tranzgaz a subsidiary of Genser Energy, she contributed to strategic financial planning and market analysis, while her roles as Public Affairs Officer at the Energy Commission and Quality Inspector at Honda in Marysville OH, USA, underscored her expertise in quality assurance and compliance.

Diana Oppong Mensah's academic achievements are equally impressive, as she holds a master's degree in Brands and Communications Management and a BSc in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. Her dedication to continuous learning is further exemplified by her Professional certification in Microfinance from the University of Cape Coast. 

As a staunch advocate for gender equality and social justice, Diana Oppong Mensah is committed to collaborative efforts that address the root causes of conflict and build sustainable peace. Her expertise in strategic planning, program management, fundraising, partnership development, advocacy, and capacity building have positioned her as a visionary leader dedicated to inspiring and empowering others towards a future where all women and girls can live in peace and dignity.
